This class is designed for clients who are already comfortable in our Intermediate or Advanced (Dynamic 2 or 3)classes and are craving more variety or a cardio challenge.
If you love your current sessions but want to elevate the intensity and switch things up — this is your next step. ⚠️ Note: Jumpboard is not suitable for beginners or those new to Reformer Pilates. You should be confident with Dynamic 2 or 3 level movement and transitions before booking this class.
