Why Join Jumpboard Pilates?

Jumpboard Pilates at Lovett is your gateway to a higher-intensity, cardio-infused experience that fuses strength, power, and precision — all while keeping your workout low-impact and joint-friendly.

By adding the Jumpboard to our Reformer beds, we introduce plyometric training to your Pilates routine — boosting your heart rate, challenging your control, and bringing a new dynamic to every move. You’ll engage more muscles, burn more calories, and walk away feeling powerful.

Is It Right for Me?

This class is designed for clients who are already comfortable in our Intermediate or Advanced (Dynamic 2 or 3)classes and are craving more variety or a cardio challenge.
If you love your current sessions but want to elevate the intensity and switch things up — this is your next step. ⚠️  Note: Jumpboard is not suitable for beginners or those new to Reformer Pilates. You should be confident with Dynamic 2 or 3 level movement and transitions before booking this class.
