 We provide a variety of mat based one to one and reformer exercise classes in the London area. Classes range from beginners courses through to advanced power Pilates workouts with specialist classes including pre/post natal and sports specific stability training.

Lovett PilatesHi, I’m Caroline Lovett, founder of Lovett Pilates. I have had a career in the health and fitness industry spanning over 30 years, I started in the 80’s dance studios teaching everything from Jane Fonda style Aerobics through to Tai chi, I’ve tried them all …. I have had many years experience as a Personal fitness Instructor.
